We enjoy meeting new people and having new experiences, which lends very well to shooting portraits on location.  We also have an in-home studio to accommodate studio work.

Consultation Session

To begin the experience, you may book a consultation session either on-line or over the phone.  This meet-and-greet session generally will run up to one hour at our in-home studio.  Our goal is to get to know you and start formulating ideas for the photo shoot, including locations, clothing & accessory ideas, and themes.  We want to discuss what you’re looking for in the final product and will cover pricing and package options for you to consider.

The consultation session is a great time to book a session to reserve a date and time for your portrait session, if you have not already booked your date and time online prior.  The session fee is due at the time of booking the portrait session.  This session fee covers time and expenses of the studio and does not include any product.

Behind the Scenes

We usually do a little bit of recon between the consultation session and the photo shoot, so having a bit of time between the consultation and the photo shoot generally works best.

​

This is where you will be getting your hair cut (girls 5 to 7 days/guys 1 to 2 days - prior to photo session) and putting together your final selections of outfits & accessories based on our collaborative consultation session discussion.

Photo Shoot

We will be so excited to see you on the day of your photo shoot.  We will meet at the pre-selected date, time and location and then we will begin with the lights, camera and the action of taking some amazing photos.  There will be awkwardness, laughter and joy – as we guide you through posing, adjustments, clothing changes and possibly a location change or two.  Photo shoots average one to two hours.

Behind the Scenes

Once the portrait session is concluded it generally takes about two weeks for editing and creating your formal reveal presentation.  We will then contact you to set up a meeting for the reveal. 

 

The Reveal Session

The reveal will include edited prints within an elegant presentation box(es).  You will get to choose your favorites (which often is all of them) to purchase ala carte or in a package.

Wall Art & Design Work

The reveal presentation often ends in a design session for any wall art, album or add-on purchases.   We are happy to hang any wall art ordered upon delivery.

Payment

Payment will be due at the reveal session for all packages and prints selected after the presentation. 

 

The Digital Gallery

The digital gallery will be released to you following the reveal presentation.  The digital downloads will be determined by the package that you purchased.

The End

At the end of this experience, you will have marked a significant point in your life with these captured images that you will love – that will be fun to share with family and friends and be cherished throughout your lifetime.
